We recognise that different clients will want to deal with us in different ways, so we offer the flexibility of pay-as-you-go, project and membership services. Choose the best approach for you!

Whichever approach you choose, you will gain access to our team of experienced Lifestyle Managers and benefit from our network of high quality local providers, artisans, trades and craftspeople. You can contact us during business hours (08:00 - 19:00, Monday to Friday) by phone, fax, email or text message with your requests. We aim to return to you with fulfilment or an update within 24 hours.

Pay as you go
For one-off or infrequent requests we offer a fee-based approach. Requests are charged by pre-arrangement at £45 per hour + VAT, subject to a minimum charge of one hour. In addition you also pay the cost of any goods or services purchased. Please note that for purchasing tickets or other goods on your behalf we apply VAT to the purchase cost.

All agreed costs will be invoiced to the client for immediate payment, as they are incurred.

Project
Clients frequently need our help with a specific project: moving house, a wedding, building work… we offer blocks of 8 hours at a discounted rate of £37.50 + VAT per hour.

Agreed costs will be invoiced monthly to the client for immediate payment.

Membership
For those who wish to make more frequent use of our services, a membership approach is more cost-effective and flexible, with different membership levels available to suit your requirements. As a member, you will enjoy a personalised service tailored to your likes and dislikes. You can also expect us to work proactively on your behalf, making suggestions based upon our knowledge of your situation, tastes and preferences.

The membership fee covers a certain level of service. Any additional time or requests over and above those covered by the membership fee will be charged at the Project discounted rates. Members therefore pay the membership fee + the cost of any additional requests + the cost of any goods or services purchased. Please note that for purchasing tickets or other goods on your behalf we apply VAT to the purchase cost.

Membership fees are payable monthly in advance by standing order. Additional agreed costs will be invoiced monthly to the member for immediate payment.

Bespoke Membership
Perhaps you need exceptional service for the short or long term; for example full-time Lifestyle Management, access outside business hours, or international service. The bespoke membership also covers corporate memberships. We will be happy to discuss a fee tailored to your requirements.
